Circa 1908 taxidermy piece featuring shorebirds and chicks seated in front of a hand painted landscape, framed behind bubble glass. Piece is signed and dated in the lower right corner "H. Miles". Handwriting on the back of the piece reads "Collected June 20th, 1875, H. Miles, Morris Park L.I., 1908". Wooden frame has signs of surface wear throughout, separation in some corners. Back of the piece is exposed. Sz: 22.5"w x 17.5"h Mention of flaws, or lack thereof, shall not be taken as a complete or full report of condition. All items are sold on an 'as is' basis.
