Open House/Inspection: Sunday, April 6 from 12 - 2 p.m. Pickups: ONE DAY ONLY Thursday, April 10 from 12 - 6 p.m. Please be sure to bring enough labor and help to remove your items in a timely manner. Wardlow Auctions staff will not assist in furniture or large item moving. It is important to come to pickups at your designated time slot. Pickup reservations will be required. HOW TO GET YOUR ITEMS: 1. Pick it up. Schedule an appointment during one of our pickup windows. We will send out instructions in your winning bidder email after the auction closes. 2. Ship it. We work with Fragile Pack, a local professional shipper, for shipping needs. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Inspection and Pickup of Firearms: The Firearm will be available for inspection by Wednesday, April 2 at Ops Supply Gun Shop, 820 Buck Creek Rd., Simpsonville, KY 40067, which is located in the southwest building of the Shelby County Flea Market complex just off the I-64/Simpsonville exit. The guns may be inspected during regular store hours, Tue. - Fri. 10 am – 6:00 pm, Sat. 9 am – 5 pm, and Sun. 11 am – 5 pm, closed Monday. Their phone number is (502) 321-7341. REGARDING THE SALE OF FIREARMS: Transfers will be handled in accordance with FFL laws. The background check and transfer will be handled by Ops Supply. A $25 fee will be charged for each gun processed (see terms for reduced fees if buyer purchases more than one gun) regardless of whether buyer has a concealed carry permit or FFL license. PAYMENT and PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS: All Firearms may be picked up at Ops Supply beginning Wednesday, March 26th during store hours, unless the gun needs to be shipped to a FFL licensee in the buyer’s state. Note: Buyers must present Ops Supply with payment verification before they will transfer and release any firearms. Payment may be made online by credit card upon receipt of invoice or at the Office of Wardlow Auctions Inc., 3600 Chamberlain Ln., Suite 222, Louisville, KY 40241 if paying by cash or check.
