Westnofa Norwegian bentwood and leather chaise, featuring a mid century modern Scandinavian design. The chaise displays a low profile, modern silhouette with gently contoured lines. Upholstered in a burgundy leather with subtle plum undertones, the surface shows natural creasing and a soft sheen. The backrest is slightly reclines with an integrated padded headrest, supported by a warm tone bentwood frame. It is marked underneath Westnofa furniture, made in Norway. This chaise is attributed to, Ingmar Relling (1920-2002), a Norwegian furniture designer who contributed to the golden era of Scandinavian design.
