Large spool cabinet branded for J & P Coats, Spool Cotton, No. 40, and featuring several vertical troughs in which are contained a rainbow of wooden spool threads. There is a small door at the front center which flips down to reveal dispensing slots out of which the spools would have been sold. The entire cabinet swivels, revealing further slots behind two tambour doors, as well as a section set of slots containing an array of aqua threads.
