HOW TO GET YOUR ITEMS: 1. Pick it up. Schedule an appointment during one of our pickup windows. We will send out instructions in your winning bidder email after the auction closes. 2. Ship it. We work with Fragile Pack, a local professional shipper, for shipping needs. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Failure to Pickup: If the Buyer does not pick up the items on the posted pickup day(s), they will be automatically charged a $10 per invoice fee. This charge will be applied immediately at the end of pickups. Even if you tell us you are abandoning your item. Storage at Office: Storage fees of $20 per invoice will be assessed every 7 days from the date the item(s) arrive. Items will be stored up to 4 weeks before being considered abandoned and removed without refund.
