Charming metal weather vane in worked metal, fashioned to look like a faithful pointer hound over four compass point direction letters. This piece has been outdoor kept with commensurate wear. The connection point at the base of the weather vane appears to be hex bolts, requiring socket wrenches to remove. The winning bidder is required to provide all tools and labor necessary for safe removal from the premises, including all hand tools, a ladder to reach the weather vane, and ropes to safely lower the weather vane to the ground. By bidding on this lot, the winning bidder certifies that they assume all risk and responsibility involved in the collection and removal of this piece, and Wardlow Auctions Inc, its auctioneers and staff, and the estate and/or realtors shall be held harmless in the event of bodily injury or property damage during said collection. We encourage the winning bidder to arrive well-prepared, with skilled labor in tow, to complete the task methodically and carefully. Location: Atop The Back Garage!
