Part of Tropical Oasis Salon & Fitness Auction (timed auction by Wardlow Auctions)

Starting at $1.00

Status: No sale

Category: *Important Information*

The Tropical Oasis Salon & Fitness Center had been operating business as usual until their doors closed at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. That being said, the equipment has all been used daily inside the gym. Notes have been made in descriptions where we were told any issues to the equipment.  All ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO GUARANTEES. Please make every attempt to attend the Open House on Sunday, October 4, from 12-2 p.m. to see the equipment in person. Normal wear and tear to the machines and equipment is to be expected. Not every scratch, rub, etc. has been documented.  All the equipment is located on one floor, with no stairs. Parking is on the same level. All equipment must go out through one door, which may be too narrow for some of the machines/equipment. Some will need to be taken apart to leave the building. Because of this, the auction will close on Thursday, October 8, and pickups will be on Saturday, October 10th, to give winning bidders time to obtain proper equipment, labor, vehicles, etc. to assist in removing the equipment. The Life Fitness equipment with the adjustable/selectorized weights are all under 7 feet tall.
