Antique Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver, percussion, .31 cal., 6 shot, 6" octagon barrel, comes with Colt .31 caliber bullet mold. Blueing is far, and brass backstrap has some marks on the butt (as if used to hammer up wanted posters). The wedge for frame is loose and appears to be a replacement. The cylinder does not automatically engage and turn like it should and may need repair. You can turn it by hand it will lock up like it should.SN indicates this was made in 1863. Some faults but it is a Civil War era gun and does come with a matching Colt bullet mold. SN: 246257, all numbers match. Note: This gun is exempt from the FFL transfer laws and may be inspected at Wardlow Auctions office.
