Allen and Thurber pistol and bullet mold wrench mounted in a shadow box frame with plaques that read "Allen and Thurber D.A. Bar Hammer Pistol, dated April 16, 1845. Less than 200 made. Also in frame is bullet mold with attached pistol wrench and plaque that reads "Bullet mold with wrench for removing barrel. Size: Pistol is 4.75" long and bullet mold/wrench is approximately 3.5" long.  Note: The derringer was not removed from its display box. The photo previously included in this lot that showed the exposed barrel and serial number was actually a photo of the derringer in Lot #35.  We apologize for the confusion.
