This is a vintage Stevens-Savage Arms, Model 15-A, .22 S,L,LR caliber, 1 pc. wood stock, 24" barrel, single-shot, bolt action rifle. This is a good ol' varmit gun that was said to have been made 1937-1965 and was a popular youth rifle. This gun has no butt plate, indicative of being a fairly early model. The gun has good honest wear with typical blemishes on wood as would be expected but not overly so and a good brown patina to the barrel. Appearance overall is considered good. SN: None found.
