Vintage, collectible United Arms youth rifle, .22 S-L-LR caliber, bolt action, single shot, 19.5" barrel, 34" overall. The top of rof the receiver is marked Made in Germany and United Arms of Chicago. The bolt handle is loose, the letters RH is carved into left side of stock. In the 1950s United Group contracted with a German company to make a clone of the Hoban gun that they would sell in the U.S. under the name United Arms Co. Per a 2009 article on "Gunboards", United Arms sale of the guns was poor so not many were sold and so there are not too many around. Therefore it's a pretty scarce gun and usually worth more than the original Hoban gun.
