Swiss Karabiner, model 1931, straight pull rifle with 21.5" barrel. These guns were chambered for a 7.5 x 55mm Swiss and though not marked, we believe that is the case for this gun. It also appears this gun may have been sporterized as the barrel and forearm appear to have been cut back, a rubber pad added to the butt stock, and added front and rear sights. Also, the magazine is missing and there are holes in the stock and forearm where swivel studs used to be. Matching serial numbers -- SN: 442018.
